- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 cups beef broth
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic (powder)

How to Make Slow Cooker Braised Short Ribs?
- Put the ribs into a bowl and season them with salt and pepper
- Take a large skillet and place it on high heat
- Sear the ribs in the skillet on each side for about 60 seconds
- Once these are brown on each side, remove them from the skillet and set them aside.
- Add broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and onion powder to the Slow Cooker
- Mix it well before adding ribs to the Cooker
- Add rosemary spring on the top and cover with the lid
- Set Cooker on low settings and cook it for about 6 to 8 hours
- Once the meat is tender, turn off the Cooker and serve.
