Beat the sugar with butter in the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment until it becomes light and fluffy.
Break the eggs and add one by one to the butter, then continue beating until it is smooth.
Add vanilla and yogurt gradually and beat.
Now, you must sift the dry ingredients, such as baking soda, baking powder, flour, and sea salt.
Add them to the butter and egg mixture and stir until well integrated.
Mix the zest of lemon and lemon juice into the cake mix.
Place it in the cake tin and let it bake. It can take anywhere from 45 to 50 minutes to cook.
Cut the cake into slices and cook it on both sides for about 30 seconds.
Cut the plumes in half and mix them with sugar and butter.
Place it on the grill, keeping the meat side up.
When the plums are cooked, spread them out onto cake slices and serve.
