Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • ¾ cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon chai tea flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons water optional
  • ½ cup quality white chocolate melted

Instructions

  • Mix brown sugar with butter in a dish.
  • Mix chai and vanilla extract into the mixture.
  • Dough preparation involves sifting both flour and sea salt.
  • Pour water into the crumbly mixture until it reaches a perfect consistency.
  • After merging the dough, place it disc-like on a floured flat surface.
  • Cover the dough before putting it into the fridge.
  • Roll them out after an hour, then use a cookie cutter to make them 1/4″ thick.
  • Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  • Let it cool, and then drizzle the white chocolate on top.
  • Keep them frozen until the chocolate is hardened.
  • Serve with coffee and tea.
