1 cup unsalted butter room temperature ¾ cup light brown sugar packed 1 teaspoon chai tea flavoring 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon sea salt 2 tablespoons water optional ½ cup quality white chocolate melted
Mix brown sugar with butter in a dish.
Mix chai and vanilla extract into the mixture.
Dough preparation involves sifting both flour and sea salt.
Pour water into the crumbly mixture until it reaches a perfect consistency.
After merging the dough, place it disc-like on a floured flat surface.
Cover the dough before putting it into the fridge.
Roll them out after an hour, then use a cookie cutter to make them 1/4″ thick.
Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Let it cool, and then drizzle the white chocolate on top.
Keep them frozen until the chocolate is hardened.
