Combine salt and flour and mix them together with your hands or using a food processor.
Add cubed butter and vanilla. Pulse the blender until the formed crumbles.
Add ice-cold water gradually until you get a dough-like texture.
Give the dough a disk-like shape with your hands.
Refrigerate for two hours or overnight.
Prepare the filling by tossing the blueberries with cinnamon, lemon juice, cornstarch, and sugar.
Take pie dough, roll it in ¼ inch, and add fillings.
Place the remaining dough layer on top or design like a braid.
Cook it at 400 degrees. Let it bake. It may take 25 minutes to cook perfectly.
Lower the temperature of the oven to 350 degrees. Cook for 30 minutes again.
