¾ cup whole ricotta cheese ⅓ cup raw sugar 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 2 large eggs separated 1 cup whole milk 1 cup white flour sifted ⅓ cup whole wheat flour sifted 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder 1 pinch of sea salt 1 cup fresh berries roughly chopped for serving Maple syrup for serving
