Preheat oven at 375℉.
Mix apples, cornstarch vanilla extract, cinnamon sugar, and Cranberries together.
Transfer the mix to an oven tray.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Make the topping by mixing cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
Blend the butter into the pie dough until you have an incredibly crumbly texture.
Add milk and vanilla extract and mix all ingredients.
Take the tray containing filling from the oven for 10 minutes. Spread it with the filling.
Sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar on the top.
Put the tray back into the oven and allow it to bake for 20-30 minutes.
When the toppings are golden brown, take the baking tray off the baking sheet.
Sprinkle sugar powder on the table while eating.
