For The Blackberry Sauce

  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

For The Crepes

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour sifted
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted & cooled
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pint of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 Pinch of nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 eggs

How to Make?

  • Prepare blackberry sauce by cooking the blackberries with lemon juice, sugar, water, and cornstarch.
