Ingredients

  • 1 lb Roma Tomatoes
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 English Cucumber
  • 1 tsp table salt
  • ½ medium red onion sliced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill

Instructions

  • Put all veggies, sliced English cucumber, red onion, chopped juicy tomatoes, fresh cilantro, and creamy avocados into a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle 2 tbsp fresh lime juice and 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
  • Add fresh dill and mix them finely to combine all ingredients to the dressing.
  • Toss with 1 tsp sea salt and 1/4 tsp black paper right before serving.
