Super Easy No-Bake Cookies

You cannot buy happiness, but you surely can make cookies without an oven and that’s almost the same thing. Here is how to make No-bake cookies without an oven.

Ingredients

For the cookie dough

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • cup oat flour
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ tsp Salt

Flavors

For Nutella-flavored cookies

  • 1 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 tbsp Hazelnuts

For White Chocolate and Raspberry Cookies

  • 1 tbsp White chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Frozen raspberries crushed and dried or any other dried berry of your choice

For Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 1 tbsp Chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter

For Monster Cookies

  • 1 tbsp Chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp M & Ms or any other candies

For Raisin and Oatmeal Cookies

  • A dash of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp Raisins

Instructions

  • Place a sheet of butter paper on a cookie tray and grease it.
  • Take a microwave-safe bowl and melt honey and peanut butter. Add vanilla extract. Mix well until it is combined.
  • Add the oat flour and salt. Mix well until a thick, smooth dough is formed. If you think the dough is tough or dry, add more honey or peanut butter.
  • Use a ¼ cup of this cookie dough mixture and the ingredients of your favorite flavor in it. When the ingredients are fully mixed, shape the dough into a ball and press it between your palms. Place the cookie on the cookie tray. Repeat for all the other flavors until all the dough is used.
  • Chill the cookies in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • If you want to store them, place them in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator to keep them safe for 7 days.
