For the cookie dough
1cuppeanut butter
2½cupoat flour
¾cuphoney
1tspvanilla essence
½tspSalt

1tbspWhite chocolate chips
1tbspFrozen raspberries crushed and dried or any other dried berry of your choice

Instructions
Place a sheet of butter paper on a cookie tray and grease it.
Take a microwave-safe bowl and melt honey and peanut butter. Add vanilla extract. Mix well until it is combined.
Add the oat flour and salt. Mix well until a thick, smooth dough is formed. If you think the dough is tough or dry, add more honey or peanut butter.
Use a ¼ cup of this cookie dough mixture and the ingredients of your favorite flavor in it. When the ingredients are fully mixed, shape the dough into a ball and press it between your palms. Place the cookie on the cookie tray. Repeat for all the other flavors until all the dough is used.
Chill the cookies in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
If you want to store them, place them in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator to keep them safe for 7 days.
