Ingredients

For The Almond Granola

  • 3 cups whole rolled oats
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • cup olive oil
  • cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk

For The Roasted Strawberries

  • 1 pint of strawberries quartered & stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons honey

For The Honey Greek Yogurt

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven before preparing the almond granola mix to 325 degrees.
  • Mix the oatmeal with cinnamon and nutmeg. Add almonds.
  • mix the oil, vanilla, and honey in a different bowl until well blended.
  • Toss the oatmeal with the honey mix.
  • Spread the mixture on the baking tray, then place it in the oven.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, and keep the string in the mix while baking to ensure it is evenly cooked. After it has baked, allow it to cool.
  • For roasting the strawberries, heat the oven and maintain the temperature at 400°F.
  • Toss the strawberries in honey and place them on a baking tray.
  • Bake for 10–15 minutes until the dough is soft. Cool them down.
  • Mix the Greek yogurt with honey. Use a tray for a parfait or glass and begin building layers.
  • Begin with yogurt, followed by granola, and then, in the final stage, roast strawberries. Repeat layering until finished.
