Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup hulled strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (optional, for added creaminess)
  • Optional toppings: assorted frozen berries, chia seeds, or shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Quickly peel and chop your bananas, and rinse and hull your strawberries.
  • Put the bananas, strawberries, coconut milk, and Greek yogurt (if using) into the blender. Secure the lid and turn on the blender.
  • If needed, add more liquid or ice to reach your desired smoothie texture. Pour the smoothie into your chosen container and enjoy!
