Seafood Lasagna (Authentic Recipe )

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lasagna noodles
  • 4 cup Milk
  • ½ tbsp powdered white pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • 1 can ricotta cheese
  • 1 lb crabmeat
  • ½ cup grounded parsley
  • 1 lb chopped shrimp
  • 1 bottle clam juice
  • ¼ tbsp black pepper
  • 8 ounces lobster meat
  • ½ lemon
  • Olive Oil
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Set the rack in the oven and start preheating itat 350-degree Fahrenheit.
    Preheat the oven
  • For making the cream sauce, add 4tsbp of unsalted butter in a pan and set the flame to medium.
    Add the calculated flour to the pan and start cooking and stirring it. After cooking slightly, add abottle of clam juice and keep stirring—time to add 2 cups of milk.
    Add salt and black pepper to the pan. Bring the mixture to a boil, and keep stirring until it gains a thicker texture. The white cream sauce is ready.

  • Boil lasagna noodles in a separate bowl and add salt to it. Boil the lasagna noodle according to the instructions given on the package.
    After bringing it to a boil, check the consistency of the noodles. If they are well-cooked, drain, rinse and cool the noodle by running them under cold water. Arrange these noodles on a dish, and don’t forget to grease the dish first.
  • Melt butter in a large skillet and add garlic. Cook it until it turns golden brown. Add shrimp, lobster, and crab and cook them thoroughly. Now add salt, lemon juice, and parsley to it.
  • Mix parmesan, ricotta, and mozzarella cheese in a bowl and add salt and black pepper.
    Now assemble the lasagna. Spread the cream sauce on the bottom of the dish and arrange the noodles on it.
    Spread some of the cheese mixtures on the noodles. Now evenly arrange the shrimp, lobster, and crab over the cheese and sprinkle a cup of Mozzarella cheese on top.
    This way, make 2 more layers of sauce, noodles, cheese, and Seafood.
    In the end, add all the remaining cheese on the top and cover the surface of the complete dish.

  • Cover the dish with a sheet of aluminum foil and cooking spray.
    Bake the dish for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the dish, uncover it, and then bake it for 25 minutes until the cheese bubble. Let it rest and serve when cooled.
