1cupraw rice
2cupssauerkraut drained
½cupgreen pepper chopped
1medium onion chopped
11ouncestomato soup
11ounceshot water
Instructions
Preheat the oven.
Grease a baking pan with oil.
Wash the rice and spread an even layer of them in the baking pan at the bottom.
Drain the liquid from sauerkraut and distribute its even layer on top of the rice layer.
Cut the sausage into half circles and spread them over the sauerkraut.
Wash and cut the veggies and top them over the other layers.
Mix the tomato soup with hot water and pour it over the baking pan.
