Pumpkin Matcha Latte

2 ½ cups of whole milk ¼ cup of pure pumpkin puree 3 tablespoons raw sugar ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract 2- ounce espresso 1 ½ teaspoons matcha powder ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
Make the pumpkin puree at home and add it to a pot.
Mix raw sugar espresso, milk, and vanilla into the puree.
On the stove, turn it on and set the pan on it.
Let the puree mixture simmer, and add spices such as ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon.
Add match powder. The mixture should be simmered and kept stirring.
Pour it into mugs or glasses. Sprinkle match powder.
Add an extra dollop of whipped cream, and serve.
