Mix sugar and flour in a bowl.
Add butter and mix with your hands to get a crumbly texture.
In another bowl, whisk vanilla and eggs.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients to make a dough.
Wrap the dough in the cling film and rest for 60 minutes.
Roll the dough and make a disk-like shape with ¼ inch thickness.
Trasfer in the tart pan.
Prepare the filling, but don’t forget to preheat the oven and keep the temperature to 350 degrees.
Spread dulce de leche on the tart crust.
Place the pears in a circular pattern, starting from the edges and finishing at the center.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar.
Bake at 350℉ for 20 to 25 minutes or until the pears cook evenly.
Let it cool before serving.
