Mix the water, olive oil, salt, honey, and yeast in a stand mixer bowl with a dough hook attachment.
Mix them well and let the yeast activate.
Add flour and turn on the mixer to knead the dough.
Once the mixture comes together like a dough, knead it for 10 minutes.
Transfer the dough to a dusted surface and knead. Place a ball in the greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth,h and let the dough rise.
Once the dough doubles, roll it and make a disk like a pizza base.
In a pan, saute the onion until translucent.
Add kale, mushrooms, salt, and paper, and cook until kale wilt down.
Brush the pizza base with olive oil and sprinkle salt and paper.
Pour the kale mushroom topping and spread the cheese evenly.
Place it in the oven and let it bake at 350℉ for 20 minutes or until the cheese turns slightly brown.
Cut it into slices, and enjoy!
