Melt the butter over medium flame.
Mix matcha powder into the butter thoroughly.
Sprinkle marshmallows on top and let them melt into the butter.
Mix the vanilla and salt in the marshmallow batter.
Sprinkle rice cereal on top of the marshmallows that have been melted and fold them in.
Prepare a pan with grease and pour cereal batter in it. Then press it down hard.
Keep them in the refrigerator until they are chilled or for 30 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate.
Cut the batter into rectangular or square bars.
Dip the bars in white chocolate that has been melted.
Include googly eyes, chocolate chips, or even googly eyes.
Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the bars before serving.
