Ingredients

For The Matcha Popsicle Layer

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

For The Peach Popsicle Layer

  • 2 cups freshly sliced peaches
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix the yogurt with vanilla, honey, and matcha powder.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Mix this matcha powder mix into the mold of the popsicle.
  • fill the mold with half water and keep it in the freezer until it becomes solid.
  • Blend the peaches, honey, yogurt, vanilla, and lemon juice in a blender.
  • Mix the ingredients until smooth, and fill the remainder of the molds with the peach mix.
  • Put it in the fridge until it becomes solid.
  • Take out the popsicles from the mold and enjoy!
