Ingredients
1cupoats
1cupall-purpose flour
½cupraw sugar
¼teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonbaking soda
1pinchground nutmeg
½cupbuttermelted
¼cuppure maple syrup
1egg
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix sugar, cinnamon baking soda, salt, and flour in the oats.
In a separate bowl, place the eggs that have been broken after breaking their shells. Add maple syrup, butter, and vanilla. Combine all the ingredients.
Mix the dry mixture with the wet blend, then work the dough.
Keep the dough in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Roll the dough into cookies and cut them.
Place the tray of cookies into the oven to bake.
It can take between 10 and 12 minutes to bake at 350℉.
Dust powdered sugar with a dusting if you require it.
