  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 5 Oz tofu
  • 2.5 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch of curry powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor or a hand blender.
  • Process until the ingredients combines and it becomes a smooth white mayonnaise.
