Preheat the oven until you’ve made the dough, then keep the temperature at 400℉.
Mix dry ingredients such as baking soda, flour, baking powder, lemon zest, sugar, lavender, and lemon zest.
Mix the butter into the flour in your fingers until a crumbly dough develops.
In a different bowl, break the eggs and beat them with heavy cream, lemon juice, and vanilla.
Combine the wet and dry mixture to form a dough.
Put the dough on a floured surface and then roll it.
Create circles using 1-inch thickness.
Cut the circle into eight wedges.
Place the baking tray on top and sprinkle with sugar and cream.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
To make the glaze, mix the juice of the lemon with vanilla and sugar.
Pour the lemon glaze over the scones that have been baked and serve them once they are excellent.
