Ingredients
1cupunsalted buttersoftened
½cupicing sugar + more for dusting
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
2cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonsea salt
1pinchof nutmeg
½cupraw walnutsfinely chopped
1tablespoonwater
Instructions
Prepare the oven for cookies. Keep the temperature at 350℉.
Using the paddle attachment, beat the confectioners’ sugar and butter in the bowl of a stand mixer until it becomes airy and smooth.
Mix vanilla in and beat.
Combine the flour, nutmeg, and sea salt into the butter mixture.
Mix chopped nuts, fold them into the flour mixture, and then knead a dough.
If the dough is dry.
Create bite-sized balls using the dough.
Bake for about 12–15 minutes.
Let the cookies cool, and then roll into powdered sugar.
