⅔cupsbeef broth
1poundground beef
⅔cupjasmine rice
3clovesgarlic minced
2finely chopped green bell pepper
1finely chopped onion
1cupdiced tomatoes
½can tomato sauce
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoonsalt or to taste
1teaspoonblack pepper or to taste
2cupsshredded cheder cheese

Instructions
Turn on the instant pot and put the ground beef in it.
Add finely chopped onion and saute it well until the beef changes color and releases its juice.
Add the mashed garlic and green bell pepper. Mix them with a wooden spatula.
Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and spices.
Wash the rice and add them in the pot.
Mix with a spoon very well.
Put the lid on the pot and set it for 5-6 minutes.
Once done, carefully remove the lid and spread the shredded cheese.
