Honey Lemon Pepper Wings

Ingredients (to marinate chicken) 2 lbs. Chicken wings 1 tbsp powdered lemon pepper seasoning 1 tbsp green powdered seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder Salt and pepper up to taste Ingredients (for honey sauce) 4 tbsp honey 2 tbsp unsalted butter 1 tbsp powdered lemon seasoning 1 tsp lemon juice Ingredients (for coating) 1 cup all-purpose flour (Skip if you want to stay Gluten-free) 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder Salt and pepper up to taste
Wash and clean chicken wings and put them in a mixing bowl.
Add all the seasonings with salt and pepper and mix well. Cover and set aside.
In another small mixing bowl, pour flour and add all the ingredients for coating in the flour. Mix well.
Heat cooking oil in a frying wok. Coat the chicken wings lightly with seasoned flour and dip them in hot oil.
Fry for 8 to 10 minutes or until they turn crisp and golden. Remove and place them on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
In another pan, heat unsalted butter and add lemon juice. Add 3 to 4 tbsp honey and mix well. Add the lemon pepper seasoning and mix again.
When the sauce gets thick, add the fried chicken wings to the pan and mix well so that the sauce coats the chicken well. Serve hot.
