Honey Granola With Oats and Berries

Honeyberry granola is one of the best desserts with natural goodness. Each bite will be a burst of crunch and natural honey sweetness with a slight tanginess of berries.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup walnuts roughly chopped
  • 1 cup pecans roughly chopped
  • ½ cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • cup raw sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup dried blueberries
  • cup honey can also sub maple syrup
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven before the making of the granola. Keep the temperature at 300°F.
  • Mix the oats with walnuts, coconut pecans, cranberries, blueberries, salt, and sugar to make the Granola. Mix all the dry ingredients and set aside.
  • Mix the wet ingredients, such as honey and oil, in a different bowl.
  • Mix the wet and dry blends and stir until they are incorporated.
  • Prepare a baking tray with oil or place the parchment paper on it.
  • Place the oatmeal mixture on the baking tray and then bake in the oven.
  • It takes 45-60 minutes for the golden hue to develop.
  • Serve cold or hot. Please keep them in a storage container for use for two weeks.
