For The Watermelon Margaritas 3 cups seedless watermelon cubed 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice 8 ounces tequila 3 ounces triple sec 2 cups cucumber lemon ice see recipe below Himalayan pink salt to rim the glass lime wedges to garnish For The Cucumber Lemon Ice 2 cans of cucumber lemon sparkling water
Blend the cucumber slices, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the ice cube tray and let it freeze for a few hours. Your cucumber lemon ice is ready.
Add lime juice, triple sec, watermelon, cucumber, lemon ice, and tequil in a blender.
Blend them until smooth. If the margarita is thick, add a splash of cucumber lemon ice and blend.
Rim the glasses in the lime and Himalayan salt mixture.
Pour the watermelon blend into the glasses, garnish with a lime slice and serve.
