Ingredients

For The Watermelon Margaritas

  • 3 cups seedless watermelon cubed
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 8 ounces tequila
  • 3 ounces triple sec
  • 2 cups cucumber lemon ice see recipe below
  • Himalayan pink salt to rim the glass
  • lime wedges to garnish

For The Cucumber Lemon Ice

  • 2 cans of cucumber lemon sparkling water

Instructions

  • Blend the cucumber slices, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the ice cube tray and let it freeze for a few hours. Your cucumber lemon ice is ready.
  • Add lime juice, triple sec, watermelon, cucumber, lemon ice, and tequil in a blender.
  • Blend them until smooth. If the margarita is thick, add a splash of cucumber lemon ice and blend.
  • Rim the glasses in the lime and Himalayan salt mixture.
  • Pour the watermelon blend into the glasses, garnish with a lime slice and serve.
