1cupquick oats
½cupcaramel cubes or saucestore-bought or homemade
¼cupunsalted butter
¼cupcocoa powder
¼cupbrown sugar
¼teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the brown sugar and salt. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
Add cocoa powder and give a good stir.
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the caramel cubes and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Pour the caramel mixture over the oats into the mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly to coat all the dry ingredients evenly.
