Ingredients

  • 8 Oz elbow macaroni
  • 6 hardboiled eggs
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar of lemon juice
  • tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced, paste, or crushed
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp green onions
  • 2 tbsp red onion (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup cooked and crumbled bacon (not necessary)
  • Salt and pepper according to taste

Instructions

  • Boil your pasta for 8 to 10 minutes until soft and slightly larger.
  • Drain the pasta, add some cold water, and mix 1tsp of oil and mix.
  • Boil the eggs, and ensure they are hardboiled. Peel the shells and cut them according to your own choice.
  • Make the sauce by adding mayo, vinegar, seasonings, and spices. Also, add Dijon mustard to enhance the flavor. Now whisk the sauce thoroughly.
  • Mix all the ingredients in one bowl, including macaroni, onion, vegetables, and sauce.
  • Serve after chilling at room temperature.
