Ingredients
1cupold-fashioned rolled oats
½cupsliced almonds
½cupunsweetened shredded coconut
1cuppitted datessoaked
1tablespoonmatcha powder
3tablespoonsraw cocoa nibs
1pinchsalt
2tablespoonsmaple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
Instructions
Grind the oats with coconut and almonds in a food processor.
Soak the dates in water for a couple of hours. Incorporate them into the mixture.
Add vanilla, cocoa nibs, maple syrup, matcha powder, and salt.
Make a batter-like paste.
Roll a tiny portion of the paste into balls.
Roll these balls in matcha powder as well as coconut powder.
