3 ½cupsall-purpose flour
1 ¼teaspoonbaking soda
1 ½teaspoonbaking powder
1 ½teaspoonsalt
2sticks of unsalted buttersoftened
1cuplight brown sugar
1cupraw sugarwhite sugar will work too
2eggs
2teaspoonspure vanilla extract
18Oreoscrushed
Instructions
Preheat oven at 375℉.
Make an electric mixer bowl and beat raw sugar, brown sugar, and butter until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and then include vanilla extract. Continue beating.
Mix baking powder, soda, salt, and flour separately.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients using gentle hands.
After incorporating all ingredients, you add crushed Oreos to the batter.
Cover the dough with cling wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour.
Take the dough out of the fridge and then make small cookies.
Place them on an oven tray and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden. Cool them off and take a break.
