Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 sticks of unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup raw sugar white sugar will work too
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 18 Oreos crushed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 375℉.
  • Make an electric mixer bowl and beat raw sugar, brown sugar, and butter until fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time and then include vanilla extract. Continue beating.
  • Mix baking powder, soda, salt, and flour separately.
  • Mix the wet and dry ingredients using gentle hands.
  • After incorporating all ingredients, you add crushed Oreos to the batter.
  • Cover the dough with cling wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • Take the dough out of the fridge and then make small cookies.
  • Place them on an oven tray and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden. Cool them off and take a break.
