Ingredients

  • 1 can Canned Tuna drained
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Biscuit roll dough or pastry crust
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • Poppy seeds / Black sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the pastry crust or biscuit dough into circles and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  • Spoon the tuna mixture onto the bottom halves of the crust. Top it with grated cheese.
  • Cover with another biscuit dough circle and seal the edges.
  • Brush melted butter over the tops of the bites.
  • Sprinkle poppy seeds or black sesame seeds.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes at 375C until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
