1canCanned Tunadrained
¼cupMayonnaise
1tspDijon Mustard
1tspLemon Juice
Salt and Pepperto taste
1cupShredded Cheddar Cheese
Biscuit roll dough or pastry crust
2tbspButtermelted
Poppy seeds / Black sesame seeds
Instructions
In a bowl, mix drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the pastry crust or biscuit dough into circles and arrange them on a baking sheet.
Spoon the tuna mixture onto the bottom halves of the crust. Top it with grated cheese.
Cover with another biscuit dough circle and seal the edges.
Brush melted butter over the tops of the bites.
Sprinkle poppy seeds or black sesame seeds.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes at 375C until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
