Blueberry Granola Bars

Blueberry granola bars are a wholesome snack that satisfies your cravings and is a healthy option. You cannot resist these bars after having one bite due to their hearty crunch and the natural sweetness of honey and berries.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup raw honey
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • ¾ cups almonds
  • ½ cup organic white chocolate roughly chopped
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  • Prepare the oven for heating before mixing the ingredients for the bar and set the temperature at 350 degrees.
  • Toss the oatmeal with matcha powder, salt, vanilla, oil, honey, cinnamon, and matcha. Sprinkle them with honey and cinnamon.
  • Mix the blueberries, white chocolate, and chopped almonds into the oat mix.
  • Use a baking tray to grease it or lay parchment paper on it to help take the bars out easily.
  • Spread the mixture on the tray, pressing it lightly.
  • Bake the mixture of chocolate and oatmeal in the oven until golden. It can take anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Cut the bars after baking them perfectly. However, remember to let them cool before cutting.
