3cupsrolled oats
½cupraw honey
½cupvegetable oil
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1tablespoonmatcha powder
1pinchof salt
1pinchof cinnamon
¾cupsalmonds
½cuporganic white chocolateroughly chopped
1cupfresh blueberries
Instructions
Prepare the oven for heating before mixing the ingredients for the bar and set the temperature at 350 degrees.
Toss the oatmeal with matcha powder, salt, vanilla, oil, honey, cinnamon, and matcha. Sprinkle them with honey and cinnamon.
Mix the blueberries, white chocolate, and chopped almonds into the oat mix.
Use a baking tray to grease it or lay parchment paper on it to help take the bars out easily.
Spread the mixture on the tray, pressing it lightly.
Bake the mixture of chocolate and oatmeal in the oven until golden. It can take anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes.
Cut the bars after baking them perfectly. However, remember to let them cool before cutting.
