Ingredients
113gor ½ cup unsalted butter
1tspvanilla extract
2tsplemon zest
120g1 cup all-purpose flour
½tspbaking powder
¼tspsalt
2large eggs
100g½ cup fine sugar
Instructions
Melt and brown the butter, then mix with vanilla and lemon zest.
Sift dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.
Whip eggs and sugar until tripled in volume.
Fold in dry ingredients and butter mixture.
Refrigerate batter for at least 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F), grease molds.
Pipe batter into molds, tap, and bake for 12 mins.
