Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup whole milk or any of your choice
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cup fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1 fresh or frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp honey or stevia powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

  • Pour all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  • Blend initially on low speed and progress to high.
  • Blend on high speed for a minute until the ingredients blend smoothly.
  • Pour in tall smoothie glasses and serve chilled.
