The leftover meatloaf sandwich recipe is one of my favorite meal combinations. It has flexibility that lets you customize things and add more flavor. The sandwich is juicy, flavor-rich, and tasty for lunch or dinner serving.

Ingredients

  • 4 meatloaf slices
  • 8 slices of bread
  • ¼ cup softened butter

Optional Toppings

  • Sliced onion
  • Tomato
  • Cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Sauces

Instructions

  • Add leftover meatloaf slices to the medium-sized frying pan.
  • Use a brush to apply butter on the bread sides and place it on the frying pan.
  • Add cheese to the top side of the bread.
  • Heat both bread and meatloaf until they get warm and the cheese melt.
  • Combine the bread with meatloaf to form a sandwich, and use your favorite toppings.
