Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese until everything is well combined.
Add chopped green onions and your favorite herbs or seasonings. Mix well.
Lay out tortillas. Spread softened cream cheese evenly on each tortilla, leaving a small border.
Place turkey deli meat evenly over the cream cheese.
Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly, starting from one end and rolling towards the other. Press gently to seal.
Using a sharp knife, slice each rolled tortilla into approximately 6 pinwheels.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. Great for parties, snacks, or lunch!
