Ingredients

For Salad

  • 1 head romaine lettuce-rinsed, dried, and chopped
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 2 large English cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 chopped green bell pepper
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • cup Kalamata olives, cut into thirds
  • 1 avocado peeled, stoned and sliced

For Greek Salad Dressing

  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 mashed garlic clove
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash the vegetables and cut the avocado, onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Place them in a larger bowl, and add olives also.
  • Add salt and pepper to season the vegetables, pour vinegar and extra virgin oil, and mix them well.
  • Top the salad with feta cheese, olive oil, and dried oregano. The Greek salad is ready to serve with delicious and scrummy cheese flavors.
