Ingredients

  • 100 g processed cheese, diced
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 400 g jalapeno peppers, slit and seeded
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  • Prep jalapenos by slitting and seeding them.
  • Combine cheeses, red bell pepper, black pepper, and salt.
  • Stuff jalapenos with cheese mixture.
  • Coat jalapenos in flour, milk, and breadcrumbs.
  • Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Serve with dipping sauce.
