Ingredients

  • 3 pieces medium cucumbers
  • bell peppers
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pack of crab sticks
  • 1 can corn
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Slat and pepper as per taste

Instructions

  • Cut English cucumber into bite-sized pieces and add to a large bowl.
  • Add 1 can of corn to the bowl and mix well.
  • Cut crab stick into thin slices and add to the bowl.
  • Cut 1 bell pepper into small pieces and add to the bowl with minced garlic.
  • Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into the salad and sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 4-hours before seasoning and dressing.
  • Serve immediately after seasoning and dressing. The salad is ready to serve.
