These yummy Air Fryer egg bites are an easy-to-make, healthy brunch item as well as a lunchbox meal. They are more cost-effective to make than to buy from a restaurant. You can refrigerate or freeze them for later use as well.

Ingredients
4whole eggs
¼cupsour cream or Greek yogurt
3ozchicken chunks or cooked minced beef
3cherry tomatoes chopped
½cupcheddar cheese shredded
1jalapeno pepper
1bell pepper chopped
½tspItalian seasoning
¼tspchili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1tbspparsley chopped
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, crack eggs and whisk them along with sour cream and seasonings.
Set cupcake liners and layer them with meat, shredded cheese, and vegetables.
Pour the egg mixture and set the liners carefully in the air fryer.
Bake at 300 °Ffor 10 minutes. Add cheese to the top and bake again for 2 minutes.
Serve with cream cheese dip or your favorite side.
