½ cup unsalted butter 1 cup light brown sugar packed ½ cup almond flour ¼ cup granulated sugar for rolling ½ cup dark chocolate melted & cooled ¾ cup natural creamy almond butter 1 large egg 1 large egg yolk 1 pinch nutmeg 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon almond extract ½ cup all-purpose flour 1 pint vanilla ice cream
Preheat the oven and keep the temperature at 325°F .
Combine the ingredients to make dough.
Make small round cookies and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake them for 10 to 15 minutes or until they achieve a golden hue.
Let them cool before drizzling dark chocolate.
Fill in the ice cream between two cookies while serving.
Don’t place them after filling ice cream. If you want to serve later, place them in the freezer.
