Ingredients

  • 3 cups oats
  • 100 grams white chocolate chopped finely
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • cup olive oil
  • cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven and keep the temperature at 325 degrees F.
  • Mix oats, coconut, almonds, nutmeg, cinnamon, oats, and white chocolate in a bowl.
  • Beat vanilla extract, egg white, honey, almond milk, and oil.
  • Fold the dry and wet ingredients until well-coated.
  • Bake them for 45 minutes in a preheated oven.
  • Stir the mixture every 10 minutes while baking.
