2 medium-sized zucchinis 1½ tablespoons vegetable oil ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon preferred herbs or seasonings such as garlic powder or Italian seasoning
In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with vegetable oil until they are evenly coated.
Sprinkle the zucchini slices with salt, black pepper, and your preferred herbs or seasonings. Mix well to ensure even flavor.
Preheat your air fryer to 250°F for about 5 minutes.
Place the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for better crisping.
Set in the air fryer and cook the zucchini slices for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
After 10-12 minutes, check the zucchini chips for crispiness. Extend the cooking time if needed, but keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
Allow the zucchini chips to cool for a few minutes before serving. They will become crispier as they cool down.
