Ingredients
4medium-sized russet potatoes
2tbspolive oil
½cupgrated Parmesan cheese
¼cupfresh basilfinely chopped
1tspdried basil
1tspdried oregano
½tspdried rosemary
1tspgarlic powder
Salt and black pepperto taste
Instructions
Scrub the potatoes clean and pat them dry. Place a potato between two chopsticks or wooden spoons to act as a guide, preventing you from cutting all the way through.
Make thin, even cuts along each potato, about 1/8-inch apart.
Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, making sure to get some in between the slices.
Sprinkle dried basil, dried oregano, dried rosemary, and garlic powder over the potatoes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Garnish with fresh basil and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before serving.
