Air fryer Halibut recipe is ancient, but since I am in love with my new air fryer, I have modified the recipe a bit at my convenience. So let us refresh some of those good old times

Ingredients
2halibut fish filets
2tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonlemon juice
Fresh basil or thymeto taste
Salt and black pepperto taste
Instructions
Wash and Pat dry the halibut filets with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, chopped basil or thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the mixture over both sides of the halibut filets.
Place them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 °F.
Place the seasoned filets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving some space between them.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot with your favorite side dishes and enjoy your delicious air-fried halibut!
