Ingredients
2cupscooked rice
2eggsbeaten
1carrotdiced
½cuppeas
½bell pepperdiced
2green onionschopped
2tablespoonsoil
2tablespoonssoy sauce
½teaspoonginger powder
½teaspoongarlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
In a baking dish, mix eggs, cooked rice, diced carrots, peas, bell peppers, and chopped green onions.
Sprinkle soy sauce, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the rice mixture. Mix well to combine.
Set the dish in the Air fryer.
Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the rice is crispy and golden brown.
