Ingredients
6egg yolks
½cupsugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2cupsheavy cream
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 300°F.
In a bowl, whisk together 6 egg yolks until smooth.
Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the egg yolks. Whisk until well combined.
Slowly pour the cream into the egg yolk mixture, stirring continuously.
Divide the custard evenly among the ramekins.
Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 300°F for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set, and the center jiggles slightly.
Allow the creme brulee to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Just before serving, sprinkle a thin layer of sugar on top of each custard and caramelize it with a kitchen torch until golden brown.
