Ingredients

  • 6 egg yolks
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 300°F.
  • In a bowl, whisk together 6 egg yolks until smooth.
  • Gradually add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the egg yolks. Whisk until well combined.
  • Slowly pour the cream into the egg yolk mixture, stirring continuously.
  • Divide the custard evenly among the ramekins.
  • Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 300°F for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set, and the center jiggles slightly.
  • Allow the creme brulee to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle a thin layer of sugar on top of each custard and caramelize it with a kitchen torch until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy goodness!
