- 1 head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Herbs and spices such as garlic powder, paprika, or Italian seasoning, to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce and beaten eggs.
In another flour, mix bread crumbs with all the herbs and spices.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
Roll the coated floret in bread crumbs until fully covered.
Place the breaded cauliflower into the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they’re not touching each other.
Air fry for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Once done, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot as a delicious appetizer or snack. Enjoy!
