Ingredients
1lbbaby potatoes
¼cupbread crumbs
2tbspolive oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonmixed herbs and spices
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash and dry the baby potatoes thoroughly.
simmer the potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes, be sure not to boil them fully as they have to cook in the air fryer as well.
In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, herbs and spices, salt, and black pepper.
Toss the baby potatoes in the mixture until they are evenly coated.
Place the coated potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded.
Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Air fry for 14 to 16 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
