  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 2 cups sauerkraut drained
  • ½ cup green pepper chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 11 ounces tomato soup
  • 11 ounces hot water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven.
  • Grease a baking pan with oil.
  • Wash the rice and spread an even layer of them in the baking pan at the bottom.
